Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns
How long does shipping take?
If the order is a pre-order please allow 4-6 weeks for completion of order from end date of sale. If this is a Re-stock of an existing product or collection please allow 7-10 days.
We ship using USPS Priority mail. Shipping takes about 2-3 days to anywhere within the US, and 6-10 days for Canada (depending on how long customs takes). You should receive a tracking number to your e-mail as soon as it is shipped.
I received the wrong item/I am missing an item in my delivery. What do I do?
If you received the incorrect item or are missing an item, please email us at customercare.AUSS@gmail.com with the name used to place the order. Please be prepared to provide pictures upon request. Once this information is submitted to the support team, they can review and help correct your order.
Which shipping provider do you use?
We use USPS. Shipping with USPS usually takes between 2-7 business days depending where you are having the product delivered in the country.
How do I request to Change or Cancel my order?
We strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Due to this reason, we ask that you contact customercare.AUSS@gmail.com within 2 hours of your purchase to edit or cancel the order. After 24 hours your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
What is the return policy?
If you have received a damaged product that occurred during shipping, please take photos of the damaged product and send to customercare.AUSS@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We will replace items that have been damaged in shipping when possible. In the event that we do not have a replacement available, a refund will be issued.
 
 Replacement products, refunds or returns for any reason other than damage that occurred in shipping will not be accepted. For all other return inquiries, please contact customercare.AUSS@gmail.com and our support team will try their best to help you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the location the item is being shipped to, and the total weight of the package.
Do you ship internationally?
No.

What are your bath bombs made of?
Our bath bombs are all hand-made in America with natural ingredients! See each individual product for the ingredient list.
Will the bath bombs stain my tub?
No they will not. Our bath bombs are made with colorants and ingredients designed to rinse down the drain. We advise always starting with a clean tub, and rinsing lightly after use.

What currency are the products listed in?
All of our products are listed in USD.
Are all of your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! We even research our suppliers to make sure they uphold the same standards!
Are all of your products all-natural?
We use only natural ingredients and safe synthetics to ensure optimal performance and safety.
What is the shelf life of your products?
